Storage: Sourdough breads do not have any preservatives and will stay fresh at room temperature for 2-3 days. To keep crust crisp store in a tea towel. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Sourdough bread may be stored for up to 2 months when placed in a tightly sealed plastic bag and stored in the refrigerator.
